FINALMENTE IL BANDO DEL 2* CONCORSO DI POESIA CITTA' DI GROTTAMMARE 2° CONCORSO DI POESIA
“CITTÀ DI GROTTAMMARE”
R EGOLAMENTO
Art. 1 – Il concorso di poesia è aperto a tutti gli autori italiani e stranieri che, alla scadenza del presente bando, abbiano compiuto diciotto anni di età, e si articola in 3 sezioni:
Sez. A – Poesia inedita in lingua italiana a tema libero;
Sez. B – Poesia inedita in vernacolo a tema libero.
Sec. C - unpublished poems for Italians living abroad on any subject;
Article 2 - Each author may submit a poem for each section, preferably not more than 50 lines. You can participate in all three sections. The poems must be typed or completed for the computer. The dialect poems must be accompanied by the Italian translation, in the face or bottom of the text.
3 - The text may be sent to number six copie anonime, senza alcun segno di riconoscimento, pena l’esclusione, all’indirizzo di cui al successivo art. 4. Assieme alle sei copie dal concorrente dovrà essere inserita una busta, regolarmente chiusa e incollata, contenente, oltre i titoli delle composizioni inviate a concorso, i dati dell’Autore: nome, cognome, indirizzo, telefono fisso, cellulare, indirizzo e-mail (per chi ne è in possesso) e, a discrezione, un eventuale breve curriculum. Inoltre, nella stessa busta deve essere inserita una dichiarazione dell’Autore che le composizioni sono inedite e di propria creatività.

Each author is responsible for the originality of sent works and their content.
Article 5 - The authors, by the very fact of participating in the contest, to give Pelasgus 968, the right to publish the works of participants on any anthology of the premium or the site Internet, without any claims as copyright. The poems will not be returned and participation in the competition implies acceptance of all the clauses of this Regulation and the tacit consent to the disclosure of his name and the prize awarded in newspapers, magazines and cultural sites.
Article 6 - Participation in the competition is € 10.00 for each section, which can be inserted directly into the envelope to join the contest, or sent by bank transfer to: Association Pelasgo968 " on Bank Tercas SpA - Filiale of Grottammare , coordinates: (IBAN : IT32A0606069470CC1110000213).
The contribution by law, to all those who will attend the awards ceremony, free to withdraw a lithograph of a local artist .
Article 7 - The award ceremony will take place on May 7, 2011 , beginning at 16:00 precise, at: Kursaal Hall - City of Groton (AP) in the presence of institutional authorities, politicians and local administrators and leaders of the Association. All Competitors are invited to the ceremony.
Article 8 - Press. For winners of the three sections will be offered a stay for two people for the day Saturday, May 7, 2011, until Sunday at 11, including food, in a hotel in three stars of the city or in case of victory of a local poet, in an Italian resort town for a date to be agreed.

The organization reserves the right to change it and the amount and allocation of funds for the Sec. C , where the number of participants to at least 20 competitors . For finalists , referred to and reported : diplomi, targhe, medaglie, buoni acquisto libri, premi di rappresentanza ed eventuali prodotti locali.
Tutti gli autori, come sopra selezionati, verranno avvisati in tempo utile con lettera o per via telefonica.
Art. 9 – Premio speciale – Al fine di promuovere un rinnovamento della nostra poesia, è istituito un premio speciale , con una dotazione di € 150 , alla poesia strutturata secondo le regole ed il formato della metrica classica italiana : sonetto, ode, canzone, madrigale, carme, ecc., anche in endecasillabi sciolti, che verrà naturalmente attribuito dalla Giuria, a suo insindacabile giudizio, indipendentemente dal risultato di merito ottenuto dalla poesia stessa.
Art. 10 – Le opere presentate a concorso non verranno restituite per nessuna ragione. Il Presidente dell’Associazione
