Riccardo Raimondo è nato a Siracusa nel 1987. Studia Lettere Moderne in Catania. He works with the following journals: Potpourri and Tribeart. He also collaborated with visual art projects with photographer Jessica Hauf (atelierhauf.com). He has written lyrics for some songs, including three on the rouge with Adriana Spuria (myspace.com / adrianaspuria). He has published in the anthologies: The Power of Confetti by Antonio Di Giovanni, Giovanni Caviezel and Claire Tinney, 2009 A & B, hotel, Perrone Lab 2010. Things and words II., Perrone Lab 2010. In 2009 she published her first collection of poems entitled The junkyard, A & B.

Cosa comunichi con la tua poesia? Come definiresti la tua poetica?
Mi chiedono di parlare della mia poesia? Per quanto ne so io la poesia è sempre un atto anarchico, c’è sempre un margine di ribellione in chi compone versi. Perché il verso è qualcosa che sconquassa il linguaggio e lo costringe ad arrivare al limite della sua funzione. Bisogna sfasciarlo dunque questo linguaggio, per farlo poi brillare di nuova vita.Dal comunicare al supercomunicare.

Cerco di trovare il giusto equilibrio tra geometria e passione

Trovo interessante Maurizio Cucchi o Andrea ZanzottoQuale è il tuo rapporto con la tradizione, con gli autori del passato?L'evoluzione è dimenticare la storia a memoria...Quali le letture che ti hanno in qualche modo “formato”?Non mi sono mai formato. Cerco ancora la mia forma, e forse in fondo non voglio trovarla. Non la troverò mai. Ciò che mi sento di dire però è che non amo il feticismo di certi poeti che leggono solo libri di poesia. Sembrano drogati. Un “poeta” dovrebbe dedicarsi a leggere di tutto (filosofia, fumetti, etologia, botanica, critica letteraria, riviste glamour): il mondo intorno a noi è spaziosissimo e contiene estremissime estremità.Mi piace spaziare.

The junkyard is your first post which contains a collection of poems?
I like to think of it as an early work. I wanted the language of my research was going through a breakdown. I enjoyed it. I felt alive. My curiosity is kindled only on the ruins of the way, the wreckage of the form.
One of your dream?
make a living just by selling books of poetry.
Who you spend your creativity?
Sometimes my girlfriend, sometimes a friend, sometimes the sky, my mother, My sister, a stone, a cloud. Sometimes I dedicate it to myself. But in most cases there are no dedications: it is the only word that crosses me.
