an increasing number of extrasolar planets detected by COROT spacecraft. The French satellite, designed and built in order to detect planets orbiting other stars, keep a close watch on a large number of stars so that even small changes in the induviduarne luminostità to passing on their record of any planets in orbit. With this method CoRoT was able to identify six other planetary objects, and a brown dwarf in orbit around many stars.
